Life

Daan Dirk de Jonge was born in 1980 in Roosendaal, a small town in the south of the Netherlands.

He went to a public primary school in Roosendaal and followed his secondary education at the Willem II College in Tilburg. From 1986 until 1999 he also followed classes at the Dansacademie Brabant.

After his secondary education he went on a 1 year exchange program to Mexico.

In 2004 he got his bachelor degree in philosophy and in 2009 his masters degree in Logics, both at the University of Amsterdam.

In 2009 Daan married Lonneke.
In 2011 they got a son, Flip.
In 2014 a second son, Klaas.
